The shipping rate is in principle equal for all orders. Would you like to order something that can easily be sent in an envelope? Then let us know. We can send these products in an envelope on request. This is of course entirely at your own risk. Send us an email if you want to use this option.

All articles on the site are in stock unless otherwise indicated. As soon as we have received the payment, we will ship the order.

Since the parcel service can collect the parcels from our warehouse from 3 p.m., we cannot guarantee that orders that arrive later than 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
We are not present in our warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays, so no orders will be shipped on those days.

Return

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days after the purchase date.

The part must be unused and in the original packaging, which must be delivered unwritten and uncoated. If this is not the case, the refund amount can be reduced. Furthermore, a copy of the invoice or quotation must always be sent. This applies to new items but also to deposit items that are returned. Use the return form below to return.

Guarantee

The warranty period depends on part and manufacturer. If a warranty is provided, the product will be repaired or replaced where possible. If the part is no longer available, a replacement will be offered or the purchase price will be refunded. When the part is eligible for warranty, only the value of the part and the shipping costs incurred by you will be reimbursed (at the rate of Post-office).

Note: Provide a detailed description of the defect with the reason for return, if this is not the case, the application will not be handled. A return or warranty request must be notified and approved in advance. If a return or warranty request is sent without registration and / or the correct documents, it cannot be handled.

Dafhobby is very lenient with regard to warranty and returns, but we know from experience that drive belts unfortunately rarely qualify for warranty.
